Two companies applied for participation in the auction – LLC Joint Ukrainian-German Enterprise “Electrotrans” and LLC BKM-Ukraine.

The customer rejected the bids due to inconsistencies in the tender documents. As a result, the auction was canceled due to a lack of bidders.

Thus, Elektrotrans’ application was canceled for a number of reasons, in particular, due to non-submission of documents stipulated in the tender documentation, as well as non-compliance with the qualification criteria.

BKM-Ukraine was not admitted to the auction due to the lack of a qualified signature on the submitted documents.

Vinnitsa will receive 70 trams from Switzerland
