Integration of operations during construction, repair and routine maintenance of a railway track in one tamping machine
Tamping machine GWS 75
Machine is used to maintain track, turnouts and level crossings. Quality and high profitability make it possible to use it in any enterprise, both for their own needs or for providing services to third-party organizations during scheduled works on the repair of railway tracks.

- Homogenous ballast compaction with the proven asynchronous pressure vibration tamping system, ideal for poor ballast conditions
- Operator seat with all of the controls located immediately behind the tamping unit
- Linear control allows a precise motion sequences of the tamping units
- Function upgrades are possible with “bolt-on” optional modules
Engine power | 61 kW |
Dimensions | from 5850 x 2550 x 2660 mm, depending on configuration |
Wheelbase | 2450 mm |
Speed | 20 km/h |
Weight | 8,35 t |
Small tamping machine MINIMA 1
Mechanized with a tamping unit it corrects track geometry errors of small work sites with optimum compacting of ballast. MINIMA 1 is equipped with 4 individual, laterally swiveling tamping tools with edges highly wear-resistant due to armoring via hard electrodes.
Efficient & maintenance-friendly
- Lasting track stability due to excellent ballast interlocking
- Low maintenance and servicing costs due to simple, solid and mature technology
- No manual work thanks to full mechanization
Flexible & easy to operate
- Wide field of application due to its optimum to its optimum size, even on narrow gauge railways
- Easy re-gauging
- Easy to transport, can be simply loaded on truck
Applications
- Small work sites
- Factory tracks
Engine power | 35 kW |
Dimensions | 2700 x 2600 x 2000 mm |
Wheelbase | 1500 mm |
Speed | 15 km/h |
Weight | 3 t |
Lifting slewing and tamping machine MINIMA 2
Mechanized with 2 tamping units it corrects track geometry errors of medium-sized work sites with optimum compacting of ballast. All necessary processes are combined in one machine: lifting, slewing, tamping and leveling
Economic efficiency & low maintenance
- Lasting track stability due to excellent ballast interlocking
- High throughput due to proven asynchronous pressure vibration tamping system
- Tamping of double sleepers
- Low maintenance and servicing costs due to simple, solid and mature technology
Flexible & easy to operate
- Integration of all necessary processes in one machine: lifting, slewing, tamping and leveling
- Movable base frame (hydraulically or mechanically adjustable) for different sleeper spacing
- Suitable for loading on truck
Applications
- Medium-sized work sites
- Factory tracks
- Mines
