Euroterminal: railway line construction completed
14.01.2021
The logistics company Euroterminal has completed the construction of a railway line. The railway line from the Dry Port to the Odessa-Peresyp station will connect Euroterminal with the Odessa port, informs Railway Supply magazine with reference to Interfax-Ukraine.
The new railway line will allow to increase the speed and volume of cargo handling on the territory of the Dry Port (the throughput capacity will increase to 1 million tons per year), make possible to handle larger volumes of containers, reduce the load on city streets, and reduce the costs for shippers, forwarders and other participants of transport process. The new railway line will become an additional incentive for the development of logistics both for the Dry Port and the adjacent territories.
