It was noted that the agreement was signed by the Minister of Transport and Communications of Kyrgyzstan Erkinbek Osoev, the Minister of Transport of Uzbekistan Ilkhom Makhkamov and the Chairman of the State Committee for Development and Reforms of the People’s Republic of China He Lifen.

It is indicated that the agreement provides for the completion of a feasibility study along the Torugart-Yachmen-Makmal-Jalalabad route, where the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway will be carried out, no later than June 1, 2023.
