This was announced by Irpin mayor Olexander Markushin at a meeting of the city executive committee, writes the railway magazine Railway Supply with reference to URM

“Next week Ukrzaliznytsia will provide rolling stock: wagons for living, showers, toilets, separate beds, a dining car. It will stand on a siding, enclosed by a fence. — Olexander Markushin.

The mayor noted that up to 200 people can be temporarily accommodated in the wagons, primarily those who currently do not have housing, but want to return to Irpin.
