Corrections Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Railway Supply is committed to accuracy, transparency and responsible publishing in its coverage of the railway industry.

We recognize that news develops quickly, and that published information may sometimes require clarification, correction or updating. When a factual error is identified, we review it carefully and take appropriate action.

How We Handle Corrections

Railway Supply reviews correction requests related to factual accuracy, dates, names, figures, company information, project details, quotes, technical specifications and other material elements of published articles.

When a correction is required, we may:

  • update the article text;
  • correct inaccurate wording, numbers or names;
  • add clarification where the original wording could be misleading;
  • update the article with new confirmed information;
  • add an editor’s note when the correction is substantial.

Minor typographical, formatting or grammar fixes may be corrected without a separate editor’s note if they do not change the meaning of the article.

Substantial Corrections

If a correction changes the meaning of a published article or addresses a significant factual issue, Railway Supply may add a visible note explaining what was corrected or clarified.

Substantial corrections may include, but are not limited to:

  • incorrect company names;
  • inaccurate project values or contract amounts;
  • wrong dates or deadlines;
  • incorrect attribution of statements;
  • misleading interpretation of official information;
  • errors that affect the reader’s understanding of the news.

Updates After Publication

Some articles may be updated after publication when new confirmed information becomes available. Updates are made to improve accuracy and relevance.

When an update is significant, Railway Supply may indicate that the article has been updated. Routine improvements, formatting fixes or minor language edits may not always be separately noted.

How to Request a Correction

Readers, companies, organizations and public authorities may request a correction by contacting Railway Supply.

Please send correction requests to:

info@railway.supply

To help us review the request, please include:

  • the article title or URL;
  • the specific information you believe is inaccurate;
  • the correct information;
  • supporting evidence or an official source, where available.

Railway Supply reviews correction requests based on available facts, reliable sources and editorial judgment. We do not guarantee that every request will result in a change, but all relevant requests are considered seriously.

Editorial Independence

Correction requests are reviewed independently from advertising, sponsorship or commercial interests.

Railway Supply may correct, clarify or update published material when doing so improves factual accuracy and serves readers.
