The Alstom ATL APM contract extension covers Alstom’s operation and maintenance work at ATL. It applies to the Innovia automated people mover at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). The five-year agreement was announced on 8 Apr 2026.
Alstom Traxx locomotive delivery has started in Romania. The Romanian Railway Reform Authority (ARF) has received the first unit. It is the first of 16 serial Traxx Passenger electric locomotives.

A contract covers Alstom Skyway APM replacement at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport. According to Airport Industry News, the contract covers replacement of the current Skyway APM. Also, it is valued at about 380 million EUR (437 million USD). In addition, it includes 15 years of operations and maintenance services.
Łódź high-speed tunnel signalling will be delivered by Alstom under a contract from Porr. Porr was selected to build the tunnel. The work covers the installation of railway traffic control systems for the long-distance tunnel, according to Alstom.
Alstom contract extension with Metrolinx will keep operations and maintenance services in place for two of its divisions under a renewed agreement announced on 20 March 2026, as Alstom stated. The contract is valued at about 800 million euros[1] ($1.3 billion CAD). It will remain in force through 2031.
