Heartland Flyer cancellations disrupt weekend service

Heartland Flyer cancellations are in place due to winter weather impacts, with Amtrak making service changes on the Oklahoma City–Fort Worth route, as reported by OKC FOX 25.

Heartland Flyer winter weather cancellation: what’s canceled
All Heartland Flyer Saturday and Sunday trips between Oklahoma City and Fort Worth have been canceled. Every weekend run on that corridor is off under these Amtrak service changes.
Monday schedule changes for Oklahoma City to Fort Worth trips
The Monday morning Oklahoma City to Fort Worth train scheduled for 8:25 a.m. has also been canceled. As of Saturday evening, Amtrak still plans for the 5:30 p.m. Fort Worth to Oklahoma City route on Monday to operate, a change also covered by Railway Supply.
When normal operations return and how to get help?
Service is expected to resume normal operations on Tuesday, and Amtrak advised passengers to adjust their travel plans accordingly.
