The operating procedure of the rail straightener:

  • Before using the rail straightener, remove it from long-term storage if needed and check its completion.
  • Check the oil and its level in the rail straightener reservoir . If necessary, fill in the new clear oil through the filler plug.
  • Bleed the air from closed cavities by pumping the straightener with the open drain valve
  • Check the rail straightener operation in the idle
  • To straighten the railway track, bring the gripper up to the stop against the rail base.
  • Move the track to the required position by moving the handle. The outlet valve must be turned all the way down.
  • Release the straightener from the load by turning the drain valve counterclockwise.
  • Your safety is your personal responsibility. Always follow the correct procedures.
