More than 15 thousand passengers transported by new trains from Minsk to Mogilev and Pinsk in a month
More than 15 thousand passengers were transported in the first month, after the appointment of the Minsk-Mogilev and Minsk-Рinsk trains, reports Railway Supply magazine citing press center of the Belarusian Railways.
New routes are in demand among passengers. First of all, due to the attractive travel time, convenient schedule and comfortable travel conditions.
From December 13, 2020, three pairs of DP6 trains run daily in the Minsk-Mogilev route. Travel time is less than 3 hours (from 2 hours 44 minutes to 2 hours 52 minutes). On the route between Minsk and Mogilev, there are stops at Osipovichi, Elizovo and Neseta stations.
Also, one month has passed since the start of a new business-class regional train on the route Minsk-Pinsk. Transportation is carried out on Fridays and Sundays by modern diesel trains DP3. Travel time – 4 hours 02 minutes and 4 hours 04 minutes – with stops at the stations Baranovichi-Polesskiy, Lyakhovichi, Gantsevichi and Luninets.
The new rolling stock meets modern requirements for traffic safety and passenger comfort. Spacious interior, air conditioning system, soft armchairs with individual adjustments of the backrest and armrests. Also, passengers are provided with free Wi-Fi Internet access, as well as an onboard media server with a large selection of films. All places are provided with individual sockets for recharging gadgets.
