From October 23 to November 8 Production Support Center branch held eight auctions for the purchase of diesel fuel under a framework agreement for a total of UAH 1.22 billion.

More orders were received by Alliance Energo Trade LLC – by UAH 758.64 million, which is 62% of the total amount of contracts. By April 2022, the company is to supply 25 thousand tons of diesel fuel at prices of UAH 29.99-30.89 thousand / ton, reports the railway magazine Railway Supply.

In addition, Oil-Trade 2018 LLC for UAH 308.61 million ordered 10 thousand tons of fuel at UAH 30.83-30.89 thousand / ton, and Torum LLC – 5 thousand tons of diesel fuel for UAH 150 million 30 thousand UAH / t.

The amount of the contracts was 2% lower than the total expected purchase price (UAH 1.24 billion). Under the terms of the framework contracts, in the future, the initial prices will be listed according to a formula linked to the exchange rates and world quotes of Platts.

The competitors of the winners were the other four participants in the framework agreement: Okko Contract LLC, Levine Torg LLC, Gaztrim Trading House LLC and Sokar Ukraine Trading House LLC.

As previously reported, Ukrzaliznytsia has a 2-week supply of diesel fuel. In addition, on December 14, UZ will hold 4 auctions with a total volume of 80 thousand tons.
