The state freight operator ČD Cargo has signed a contract with CZ Loko worth 12.9 million euros for the installation of Bombardier Transportation ETCS Level 2 Baseline 3 on-board equipment on 30 diesel-electric locomotives of 753.7 class by December 2022 as part of the EU’s Operational Transport Program, informs Railway Supply magazine with reference to the Railway Gazette.

OS Vrútky was selected to install Siemens Mobility ETCS on 41 Class 130 electric locomotives that operate on 3 kV DC routes.
