President Sadyr Japarov signed a law paving the way for the practical implementation of this ambitious project.

The railway will pass through key cities and regions such as Kashgar, Torugart, Makmal, Jalal-Abad, and Andijan, enhancing economic ties and transport accessibility among the agreement participants.

China will provide a substantial $2.35 billion credit for the project, underscoring its strategic importance for the entire region.
