The electric train, 103 meters long and accommodating up to 250 passengers, has a speed of up to 200 km/h, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

It is equipped with powerful traction electric motors and over a thousand sensors for telemetry collection.
The ETCS-2 traffic management system ensures safety and efficiency of movement.
The train provides amenities for passengers of different ages and limited mobility: platforms for bicycles, children’s, and wheelchairs.
Five such trains are ordered for the Belgrade – Budapest high-speed line, with plans to launch the first train on the Belgrade – Subotica route by the end of the year.

The signing of a memorandum of understanding for the supply of another 9 trains demonstrates Serbia’s commitment to modernizing its railway system with advanced technologies.
