The website of Ukrzaliznytsia has information about the introduction of three restrictions on the transportation of goods.

Ukrzaliznytsia conventions

The first convention ban concerns the transportation of any goods through Uzhgorod in the direction of the Ganyska station near Kosice (Slovakia) due to the repair work planned by the Slovak Railway. The restriction will be in effect from May 20 to May 27, Railway Supply magazine  informs, citing UZ.

Also, from May 18, it is forbidden to transport oil seeds and fruits, other seeds, fruits and grains, medicinal plants and plants for technical purposes, straw and fodder” in the direction of the station Belts-Orash (Moldova).

Another convention concerns the transportation of “corn grain” at Reni and Reni Port stations. The restriction will be in effect from May 18 until cancelled.

As previously reported, UZ has limited cargo transportation to Poland.
