UZ resumes the sale of wagon shipments in grain carriers for export

Starting from trading on October 14, Ukrzaliznytsia will resume the sale of shipments in grain carriers to other countries in the Prozorro system. It is reported by Railway Supply magazine with reference to Rail.insider.
On Friday, October 14, auctions will be held for the loading period from October 20 to 31. 2 lots of 28 wagons are offered, including those with UZ unloading site and third countries with the transfer of wagons along track 1520 without changing to bogies of a different track width, with the exception of st. Vadul-Siret (exp.) and Reni (exp.).
On the same day there will be auctions for wagon shipments for the period from 1 to 10 November. Lots of 10, 20 and 50 wagons are offered with a UZ unloading site and lots of 28 wagons with the possibility of transfer through border crossings. The starting price of auctions is 2617 UAH/day.

At the same time, orders for wagons are carried out as usual, and the average transportation speed was fixed at the time of the auction.
Also, the holding of such auctions on October 17 and 18 was announced during an online meeting with participants in the agricultural transportation market.
