TEKHNOBUD GROUP is the leading Ukrainian group of industrial enterprises – manufacturers and suppliers of nonmetallic building materials (granite and gravel crushed stone, sand and gravel mix, crushed stone and sand mix, sifted gravel and sand).

The enterprises of “TECHNOBUD GROUP” have been successfully operating on the Ukrainian market for 20 years. Three mining and processing complexes in Rivne, Kyiv and Chernivtsi regions sold more than 7 million tons of products in 2020.

All products – granite and gravel crushed stone, sand and gravel mix, crushed stone and sand mix, sifted gravel and sand – have certificates of compliance with state and international standards.

Crushed stone is produced in various fractions, as well as eurofractions. There are control services and quality laboratories that constantly monitor efficient production in compliance with safety standards. The company has a geological survey service and independently carries out drilling and blasting operations in open pits.

Klesovsky quarry of nonmetallic minerals “Technostroy”

The enterprise, located in the Sarny district of the Rivne region, produces cubiform granite, crushed stone, road mixes, sifted gravel. The VI Klesovsky granite deposit has been developed since the beginning of the 20th century. Powerful industrial development began here in 1949. A 0.5 km access road has been laid from the plant to the Klesov station.

The transport department of the enterprise has the following structure:

  • 8 km of railway tracks, 3 diesel locomotives and the actual depot;
  • loading and dispatching products – up to 230 wagons per day
  • shipment of products by road – up to 480 trucks per day.

Since the foundation of the enterprise, 6 reconstructions have been carried out. Now it is one of the largest producers of crushed granite – more than 5 million tons of products per year.

Koschievsky granite quarry

The enterprise, located in the Fastovsky district of the Kyiv region, produces cubiform granite crushed stone, road mixes, sifted gravel. The Koschievsky granite deposit has been developed since 2009. A modern Swedish mobile crushing and screening plant is installed here, which ensures the production of more than 1 million tons of crushed stone products per year.

Products from the territory of the enterprise are sold by road. The regional center and the Fastov railway station is only 10 km away from the company and connected with it by the road.

Maidan-Ispansky quarry of sand and gravel mixes

The enterprise, located in the Vyzhnytskyi district of the Chernivtsi region, produces crushed stone, gravel, sand and gravel mix, crushed stone and sand mix, sifted gravel and sand. The deposit has been developed since 2012, and the extraction of minerals is carried out here by open and dry method.

The processing of minerals for construction products is carried out at a modern Irish mobile crushing and screening complex, the capacity of which ensures the production of more than 400 thousand tons of high-quality sand and gravel products per year.

Rock mass and products are washed in a special installation for the extraction of clay and dust particles. Return water from the settling ponds is used for this. The company’s products are sold by road. The nearest railway stations from the plant are located 4 km to the village Ispas and 5 km to Vizhnitsa.
