Siemens Vectron EP Cargo locomotive derailed in Kolin (Czech Republic)
The Siemens Vectron locomotive derailed on 06.11.2020 between the passenger and marshalling yards in Kolin (Czech Republic). No one was injured in the accident, the damage is estimated at more than 1 million euros, as railway magazine «Railway Supply» reports referring the news portal Zdopravy.cz

“We are still investigating the causes of the train crash. The locomotive and infrastructure were damaged, ” said Jan Kucera, Inspector General of the Railway Inspectorate.
The damaged locomotive belongs to EP Cargo, RM Lines was the carrier at the time of the accident. As a result of the accident, no one was injured, the reasons are being investigated.
