Czech Railways refused to accept the first Viaggio wagons. The carrier has doubts about the quality of the wagons produced.

Negotiations are currently underway between the carrier and a consortium of manufacturers. This is reported by the railway magazine Railway Supply with a link to the website nakolei.pl

Viaggio cars produced by the Skoda and Siemens consortium will operate under the new InterJet brand. As it turns out, it will probably not be possible to complete their acceptance until December 12, as the Czech Railways refuse to accept them.

Czech Railways reported their claims to contractors, who are now correcting the deficiencies. As a reminder, in 2018, Czech Railways ordered only 50 such cars.

They are identical to RailJet cars. InterJets will operate on the carrier locomotives. Czech Railways impose contractual fines on the consortium of producers.
