AMCU fined the Interpipe company

Ukrainian Antimonopoly Cometee has fined the Interpipe company in the amount of UAH 69.3 million for violating the antimonopoly legislation, as railway magazine «Railway Supply» informs referring the press service of the Interpipe company.

“Interpipe officially declares that we strongly disagrees with such conclusions of the AMCU and intends to challenge this decision in court. As a national manufacturer, we consider the AMCU’s decision to be unfair and unfounded, taken not on the basis of facts, but on assumptions. The Ukrainian market is open to manufacturers from other countries, there are no protective duties on the market. “
