Alstom: Sales of railway equipment reach 3.5 billion euros
Alstom booked €2,7 billion of orders and sales reached €3,5 billion from April 1 to September 30, as Railway Supply magazine reports, citing Railway Gazette.
Adjusted H1 EBIT was €263m with an adjusted EBIT margin of 7,5%. Net income from continued operations amounted to €161m. ‘As anticipated, commercial activity was impacted by the shift in tender activity towards H2 in the context of the sanitary crisis’, said Chairman and CEO Henri Poupart-Lafarge on November 10.
