Congratulations from the President of Ukraine on Railway Workers’ Day!

Ukrainian railway workers have helped evacuate 4 million people from conflict zones.

They have transported over 120 million tons of cargo just since the beginning of this year.

Since the start of the full-scale war, our railway workers have managed to establish new vital routes that Ukraine has needed for decades.

These are routes with Poland, Romania, and Moldova.

Millions of people are fighting and working to preserve our way of life and Ukraine as part of Europe, our shared home.

I thank everyone whose work strengthens Ukraine.

I congratulate everyone on Ukrainian Railway Workers’ Day!
