EURO9000 locomotives new liveries are entering service with Lineas. Alpha Trains handed over a second Stadler unit. This is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

This completed the two-locomotive agreement between the leasing company and the Belgian freight operator. Both locomotives are now entering service in new liveries.

Dettmer Rail presents updated EURO9000 branding

In Germany, Dettmer Rail has also presented EURO9000 locomotives in updated liveries. It did so in cooperation with Hamburger Rail Service, ELP’s lessee. The locomotives are intended for cross-border freight services. In addition, the new branding reflects the operators’ current market positioning.

New EURO9000 liveries for cross-border freight

These six-axle, multi-system EURO9000 locomotives are designed for cross-border freight operations. They are certified for use in several European countries. Also, the type provides high-power electric traction for international corridors. It enables operations without locomotive changes at borders.
