13.05.2026
Keystone Industrial Park is now part of CentrePort Canada. Exemplar Developments opened the site there. CentrePort Canada is a 20,000-acre inland port in Winnipeg and Rosser, Manitoba. This is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

Keystone Industrial Park land and rail access
A CentrePort Canada media release says the Keystone property is on the market. Also, the site has 184 acres of shovel-ready land in the rural municipality of Rosser. The site sits across Sturgeon Road from Exemplar’s North Crossing Business Park. That project is a commercial and light industrial park under development. It is intended to complement Keystone.
In addition, CentrePort Canada provides access to CN, CPKC and BNSF Railway. According to Progressive Railroading, Keystone’s first development phase included the connection of critical infrastructure. The phase represented an investment of more than CA$100 million. Also, additional development investments are expected to be announced later this year.
Separately, Keystone includes 30 lots. Lot sizes start at about 2.3 acres. Exemplar officials said the parcels are suited to manufacturing, warehousing and distribution. In addition, they cited transportation and logistics services. At the same time, more than half the sites have been sold or conditionally sold.
