In Kazakhstan, tariffs for railway transportation of coal, ore, and scrap metal have increased

In Kazakhstan, of coal, ore, and scrap metal have increased, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

“Kazakhstan Railways” have set a surcharge index of 1.2 to tariffs for regulated services of the main railway network when transporting coal, iron and non-ferrous ores, and scrap metal.

The surcharge index applies to export railway freight transportation in all directions.

The exception is transportation through Kazakhstan’s seaports.
