Last week, the railway workers resumed communication with the Dolinskaya station (Odessa railway).

UZ resumed the export of goods

Andrey Kiman, the head of the production unit “Directorate of Railway Transportation for the Organization of Interaction between Ports and Port Stations” of the regional branch “Odessa Railway” of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” told about this at a meeting with representatives of the grain business, informs the railway magazine Railway Supply.

According to the official, one train was sent from Dolinskaya two days ago, today, April 21, there are already three in the plans. Railway workers display the rolling stock located at the station.

In the Mykolaiv region, the situation with rail transportation is difficult, because the enemy is constantly shelling this region.

As for the stations in Mykolaiv – Mykolaiv-Vantazhnyi, Oktyabrska, Kulbakino and Pribuzhska, there is no movement due to enemy shelling.

Andrey Kiman also explained the procedure by which railway workers work in the Mykolaiv region. In particular, the forwarder prepares an application and submits it to the branch “Transport Logistics Center” JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”.

Together with the CTL, the directorate is considering the possibility of exporting the cargo. If there is such an opportunity, the locomotives pick up the wagons and forwarding is issued. Then the wagons leave. “The mechanism has been fully developed. We will slowly take everything out and save the cargo,” the UZ representative assured.
