According to the head of the company, Ukrzaliznytsia will put up for sale 11 buildings and 11 non-residential premises in the cities of Kyiv, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Sinelnikovo, Smela and Chop, reports Railway Supply magazine

“The total starting price of the objects is almost UAH 42 million, but we are sure that it will significantly increase due to competition during the auction. All the proposed objects are located in attractive places for doing business, potential buyers will be able to personally review them. We will provide unhindered access to them”, said Ivan Yurik.

In addition, Ukrzaliznytsia plans to study the demand for such objects and understand the real interest of buyers to use the experience in further sales. Earlier it was planned that Ukrzaliznytsya would put up 11 non-core assets for sale.
