This was announced during a press conference of the chairman of the board of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” Vladimir Zhmak on October 29.
“In 2021 we plan to complete the reassignment of Ukrzaliznytsia’s divisions so that each production vertical would receive all the necessary assets, calculate profits, losses and withdraw its own balance sheet. By the end of next year, each of these four verticals will have its own balance, which will allow them to be reorganized into holding company, ” said Vladimir Zhmak.
