UZ recommends to appoint Alexander Kamyshin as the head of Ukrzaliznytsia
The new head will remain in office until December 31, 2021, or until a new permanent chairman of the board is elected, reports Railway Supply magazine.
As “Economic Pravda” writes with reference to its own sources, documents on Kamyshin’s appointment have already been sent to the government.
The appointment may take place already at the next meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers. “Now Alexander Kamyshin is an advisor to the Minister of Infrastructure Alexander Kubrakov. Prior to that, he worked at KPMG as an auditor (2006-2008), in the Tomas Fiala Dragon Capital fund (2008-2012) as CEO of KMZ Industries. Since July 2011 – the publisher of Latifundist Media, ” informs the newspaper.
From April 2012 to April 2019, he held the position of Investment Manager at SCM of Rinat Akhmetov. At the same time, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Portinvest.
From January 2020 – Managing Partner of Fortior Capital. According to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, the duties of the chairman of the board of Ukrzaliznytsia were supposed to be assigned to the current minister of infrastructure.
