The court rejected Siemens Mobility’s claims regarding the tender results for supplying trains to the HS2 line in the UK, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

The London court dismissed Siemens Mobility's claims

The manufacturer alleged violations by the operating company and favoritism towards competitors. However, the high court found no justified grounds for lawsuits, identifying no breaches in the procurement process.

Similar disputes in the high-speed train supply sector are not uncommon; previously, Spanish company Talgo also filed lawsuits, but an agreement with HS2 was reached in mid-2021.
