The decision of Belarus to close the border with Lithuania did not affect the cargo transportation by rail
Mantas Dubauskas, a representative of the Lithuanian Railway, said that the decision of Belarus to close the borders did not affect cargo transportation by rail, as railway magazine «Railway Supply» reports citing Delfi

“Yesterday’s decision of Belarus to close the border with Lithuania had no effect on cargo transportation by rail. Transit passenger trains to Kaliningrad and freight trains continue to run through Lithuania, ” Dubauskas said on Facebook.
