The Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region handed over the equipment, tools and spare parts owned by Siemens Mobility GmbH and necessary for the repair of high-speed trains to JSC Russian Railways for storage and use. It follows from the published court ruling.

High-speed trains repair

It is reported by the railway magazine Railway Supply with reference to rollingstock.

Provisional measures were taken as part of the Russian Railways case, in which the plaintiff demands to invalidate the unilateral termination of the contract for the maintenance and repair of high-speed trains dated April 20, 2007 and oblige Siemens Mobility to fulfill its obligations under the contract.

We are waiting for a reaction from Siemens Mobility.
