Rail Baltica will hire temporary specialists

Rail Baltica project implementation company RB Rail AS has signed two-year contracts with two companies – Linum Consult Ltd and EWI Recruitment – for the provision of temporary professional staff. We are talking about hiring engineers, managers, and specialists in the field of health, safety and environmental protection for a specified period. This was reported by the railway magazine Railway Supply with reference to the press release of RB Rail AS.

The contract is worth 5.5 million euros. The amount is calculated based on the planned work for the next two years in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia and includes salaries of both recruiters and specialists, as well as related costs.

“The need for short-term specialists is a common practice in large infrastructure projects, in situations where specific one-time tasks are planned or a rapid increase in workload is expected within a certain period of time,” the information says.

Linum Consult and EWI Recruitment are international companies, one of the leaders in the European market, including recruiting personnel for railway projects.
