Update on the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route

– I am glad that the Management Board and the social side were able to reach an agreement on wages and thus put an end to the collective dispute in our company, says Dariusz Seliga, President of PKP Cargo. “Thanks to this agreement, we have ensured social peace in the company, which will certainly have a positive impact on the fulfillment of our transport tasks arising from contracts with customers,” emphasizes Dariusz Seliga.

The President of PKP Cargo points out that one of the main priorities of the company’s management is concern for human capital. – The board wants to improve working conditions at PKP Cargo, and remuneration is one of the elements of these conditions. Therefore, the decision of the current Management Board was to introduce a salary increase in the Company from June 1, 2022. The scale of the allowances takes into account the financial capabilities of the company, and therefore I would also like to thank our trade union partners for the compromise reached, said Dariusz Seliga.
