Electrotyazhmash and Turboatom will merge

The Cabinet of Ministers approved the reorganization of the State Enterprise “Electrotyazhmash” by joining Turboatom.

The corresponding order of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 26 was published on the official government portal, informs Railway Supply magazine.

According to the document, the decision was made at the suggestion of the State Property Fund, which was instructed to carry out a set of measures and procedures related to the merger of the State Enterprise “Electrotyazhmash” with “Turboatom”.

It is noted that at the same time, the Cabinet included “Turboatom” in the list of objects of privatization of state property. As previously reported, SE “Electrotyazhmash” received accreditation to carry out repairs of UZ rolling stock.
