The rolling stock service center will be built on the territories that RegioJet acquired two years ago, informs Railway Supply magazine, citing RegioJet.

RegioJet received three more Traxx locomotives

This is the site of the existing siding in Dolní Mecholupy, part of Prague in the Prague 10 area. The new RegioJet facility will be built on 6 hectares of land, with an area of ​​12,250 m² of halls and outbuildings. It is assumed that 8 trains will be served daily, 4 of which – during the day, and 4 – at night.

There are also plans to build a residential part where the carrier employees could spend the night. It is planned that the center will employ up to 230 people, it is also planned to build a washing and paint shop for trains.
