Azerbaijan Railways is recruiting online

Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY) has completely transferred the recruitment process to a remote mode. All three stages of the competition among applicants – preliminary selection, testing and interview – are conducted online. This decision increases the chances of employment for residents of remote regions, informs Railway Supply magazine referring to the press service of ADY.

For greater transparency and optimization of the employment process, a personal account and an automated testing system have been organized. Now citizens residing not only in Baku and adjacent regions, but also in other parts of the country, can take part in testing without arriving in the capital. Applicants who successfully complete this stage can participate in interviews online.

In addition, the company is working on organizing trainings and assessing the knowledge of employees remotely.

As noted in the ADY report, the innovations are associated with the coronavirus pandemic.
