The innovative project features photorealistic modeling of the S-Bahn urban railway network in Hamburg, where four autonomous Bombardier trains were launched in GoA2 mode in September 2022.

The high-speed rail line from Las Vegas to California has received $3 billion in state funding

Utilizing data from the Sensors4Rail project, an accurate high-resolution digital map of the railway network was created.

This digital twin enables the simulation of various emergency scenarios, such as route flooding or obstacles like trees, pallets, and even light aircraft.

It’s essential to note that all this information is utilized to train artificial intelligence, ensuring autonomous railway operation.

This advancement in transportation not only highlights technological capabilities but also enhances the safety and efficiency of railway travel.
