Latvian Railways Discuss Cooperation with Caterpillar Inc.

LDZ RSS had a productive meeting with its long-term partner, Caterpillar Inc., officially represented in Latvia by Avesco Latvia, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.
During the meeting, Anda SIVINA, the Chairman of the Board of LDZ RSS, and Jan Vickers, Caterpillar’s Business Development Manager for Aftermarket Rail Services, identified new collaboration projects and discussed current events in the railway industry.
The successful partnership between the two companies has spanned over a decade, resulting in the modernization of a total of 17 locomotives from the CHME3M and CHME3ME series, equipped with CAT engines.
The LDZ RSS team is confident that this partnership will continue to bring forth innovations and successes in the future.
