Ukrainian Railways (UZ) has announced a tender for the purchase of 20 compartment coaches. The total value of the tender is 882 million UAH, according to the Railway Supply journal, citing Rail.insider.
The bidding process on Prozorro is scheduled for June 20, with the deadline for submitting tender proposals the day before.
Requests for clarifications or appeals can be submitted until June 16.
The supplier is required to deliver the coaches by December 31, 2024.
According to the technical specifications, the coaches must be manufactured no earlier than 2023 and have a minimum of 36 sleeping berths.
The warranty period of operation is at least 24 months from the date of commissioning.
