Siemens Mobility’s lawsuits against Ural Locomotives have exceeded 2.1 billion rubles

The second claim, totaling over 1.1 billion rubles, was registered by the Moscow Arbitration Court last Friday and published in the arbitration case register, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.
The nature of the claims is currently undisclosed. Information about further court hearings is not yet available.
The first lawsuit, amounting to over 1 billion rubles, was filed in the Sverdlovsk Oblast Arbitration Court last week.
According to the determination to accept the lawsuit for consideration, Siemens Mobility seeks to recover funds for a supply contract debt.
