Set of Environmentally Friendly Toilets for Passenger Cars
The environmentally friendly toilet set for passenger cars of models 61-779, 47K (D)
The environmentally friendly toilet complex (EFTC) is designed to replace traditional toilets to enhance the quality and comfort of toilet use on trains.
The complex is intended to meet the physiological and hygiene needs of both staff and passengers, as well as to hygienically store waste until its removal.
The toilet is equipped with an automated cleaning and emptying system. A definite advantage of the device is its well-thought-out design and the use of modern materials, ensuring long and uninterrupted operation.
The EFTC is designed for installation on passenger cars of newly built locomotives and on cars undergoing major overhaul.
Composition of the environmentally friendly toilet complex for passenger cars:
* Vacuum toilet;
* Tank accumulator;
* Drainage pipeline equipment;
* Vacuum system and tank heating system.
The vacuum toilet is designed for collecting, removing, and transporting fecal matter from the toilet bowl to the drainage pipeline.
The tank accumulator is designed to collect fecal matter from vacuum toilets and transport them to the pumping station. The capacity of the tank accumulator is 300 liters. The drainage pipeline ensures the transport of the contents of vacuum toilets to the tank accumulator.
The vacuum system with built-in equipment creates the necessary vacuum. The tank heating system prevents waste from freezing in cold weather.
The toilet complex ensures the collection of waste during the car’s operation and the removal of waste from the tank accumulator at ambient temperatures ranging from minus 50°C to plus 45°C; it maintains functionality after the car has been idle at the lower ambient temperature limit of minus 50°C.
