Siemens Mobility has won the tender for the supply of 28 three-car electric trains Mireo for the implementation of a project to digitize the railway hub in Stuttgart, as reported by the railway portal Railway Supply.

The total cost of the order, including 10 years of maintenance, is approximately €300 million.

Deliveries of rolling stock are planned from November 2025 to April 2026.

These trains will be equipped with the GoA2 level automated driving system and will receive approval for operation in Austria.
