Steam locomotive Hudson J3A Streamliner
The Hudson J3A steam locomotive has been used on the New York Central Railroad since 1927. It was one of the first to be made in North America and used for a long time in its territory.
With the introduction of diesel locomotives in the late 1950s, the Hudson J3A Streamliner series of steam locomotives was decommissioned. None of the Hudson J3A locomotives have survived to this day.
