At remote railway crossings in Kazakhstan, 180 modular houses will be installed, this is reported by the railway transport news portal Railway Supply.

Modular houses for railway workers

Kazakhstan Railways intend to install 180 mobile-block buildings for railway workers working at stations and crossings far from populated areas by the end of 2024.

Each such house is equipped with an air conditioner, water heater, electric stove, table, chairs, and furniture for relaxation.

In 2023, the national carrier acquired 132 modular buildings.
