Jodhpur-Delhi Vande Bharat stoppage now includes Gandhinagar Jaipur

Jodhpur-Delhi Vande Bharat stoppage has been revised. The Ministry of Railways has added a trial halt at Gandhinagar Jaipur Station. The timetable changes from March 29, 2026, as reported by The Indian Express.

Jodhpur-Delhi Vande Bharat stoppage and route details
The Jodhpur-Delhi Vande Bharat Express is a semi-high-speed service. It is operated by the North Western Railway (NWR) zone. The same zone maintains it.
Also, a PIB release says Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated it. That was on September 25, 2025.
In addition, it began its commercial journey on September 27.
Meanwhile, the service runs as train number 26481/26482. It covers 606 km in 08:05 hrs.

Also, it operates six days a week, except Tuesday.
Separately, the revised stoppage raises the total to nine stations. Still, the route runs between Jodhpur and Delhi. The stations are:
- Merta Road
- Degana
- Makrana
- Phulera
- Gandhinagar Jaipur
- Jaipur
- Alwar
- Rewari
- Gurgaon
Amit Sudarshan, Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of North Western Railway, said: “For the convenience of rail passengers, the Railways has introduced a trial stoppage for the Jodhpur-Delhi Cantt-Jodhpur Vande Bharat Express (running six days a week) at Gandhinagar Jaipur Station, effective until further orders.”
Revised timings for train numbers 26481 and 26482
Train No. 26481 is the Jodhpur–Delhi Cantt Vande Bharat Express. It departs from Jodhpur at 05:30 hrs. It reaches Jaipur at 09:20 hrs. It leaves at 09:25 hrs. It arrives at Delhi Cantt at 13:30 hrs.
At the same time, Train No. 26482 is the Delhi Cantt–Jodhpur Vande Bharat Express. It departs from Delhi Cantt at 15:10 hrs. It reaches Jaipur at 19:00 hrs. It leaves at 19:05 hrs. It arrives in Jodhpur at 23:20 hrs.
For example, the updated schedule also sets out the timings at Gandhinagar Jaipur Station. Effective from 29.03.26, Train No. 26481 will arrive there at 09:34 hrs. It will depart at 09:36 hrs.
In addition, effective from March 29, 2026, Train No. 26482 will arrive at 18:37 hrs. It will depart at 18:39 hrs.
