A train with humanitarian cargo left the UK for Ukraine

An initiative to collect humanitarian aid for Ukraine has been launched in UK – UK Rail for Ukraine.
Within its limits, a train with such cargoes went to our state, informs the railway magazine Railway Supply, citing a report from DB Cargo UK.
The train will follow the territories of Belgium, Germany and Poland.
The fundraiser was organized by the UK Rail for Ukraine initiative. Volunteers include staff from UK Infrastructure Manager Network Rail, DB Cargo UK, passenger operators London North Eastern Railway, MTR Elizabeth Line and The Veterans Charity. Other operators have also provided support or donations.
Recall that Deutsche Bahn sent five more trains with humanitarian cargo to Ukraine.
