07.06.2023
The management team of the leading passenger transport company LTG Link was joined by professionals in their fields: Voitech Makovskij, head of international development, and Indrė Kisielienė, who started to lead the company’s corporate activities.
In order to develop new routes connecting Lithuania and neighbouring Western countries and to carry out the preparatory works for integration into the Rail Baltica line, the international development subdivision was established as a new function in the company. This is reported by Railway Supply magazine with reference to LTG LINK.

“In the coming years, we will focus on the development of services for Lithuanian customers and comprehensive integration into the European railway network. We have a very clear operational vision: to develop solutions promoting sustainable mobility, to be a leader in the areas of efficient state financing and operational management, and to create new international railway connections. To achieve these goals, two professionals in their fields join our team. I believe that the new managers will make a significant contribution to the creation of a new travel experience and the preparation to open up the possibilities of the upcoming Rail Baltica”, says LTG Link manager Linas Baužys.
V. Makovskij worked for almost four years in the field of offshore wind energy development at the renewable energy company “Ignitis renewables”, and before that at the company “Orlen Lietuva”. He has many years of experience in project management, development of relations with customers, partners and interested parties and business development.
“One of our most important goals is smooth preparation for the operation of the future Rail Baltica railway line. With the accumulated experience, I intend to contribute to the decisive expansion into Western markets first of all, by creating and strengthening cooperation with partners in Poland, Latvia and Estonia,” says V. Makovskij, head of international development of LTG Link.
I. Kisielienė, who started managing corporate activities at that time, has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in the fields of leadership, financial management, strategic management and coaching. I. Kisielienė worked for seven years at the company “Klaipėdos nafta”, where she headed the economic department. Even earlier, the new head of corporate activities worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
“One of the most important factors in the pursuit of ambitious sustainable development of transport services and the creation of the greatest possible value for society is efficient and purposeful management of activities. Together with the team, I will focus on maintaining a supply chain that meets the best market practices, effective management of corporate activity issues and cooperation with interested parties,” says I. Kisielienė, head of the company’s corporate activities.
