Earlier in the news it was reported that on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the government decree dated May 7, 2022 No. 368-r was published, which approves the new terms of civil law contracts with independent members of the Supervisory Board of Ukrzaliznytsia and state representatives in the Supervisory Board of the company.

The chairman of the board of the company Olexander Kamyshin is authorized to sign them.

Recall that at the end of December, the powers of the chairman of the board Olexander Kamyshin, members of the board Orest Logunov, Grigory Boyko, Evgen Lyashchenko and Olexander Pertsovsky were extended until March 31, 2022. In addition, Evgen Shramko and Pavlo Tsuber joined the board. At the end of March, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the powers of the board of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” on a permanent basis.

At the same time, on May 13, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted changes to the composition of the board of UZ. According to them, Pavlo Tsuber and Grigory Boyko, members of the board of the company, are dismissed from their positions. At the same time, from May 18, Volodymyr Krot, Roman Chernitsky and Vyacheslav Eremin become members of the board of UZ. At the same time, the number of board members was increased from 7 to 8 people, which is provided for by the charter of UZ. As Olexander Kamyshin noted, “for the first time, three Ukrainian railway workers entered the board of UZ”.
