UZ introduced a new restriction on railway transportation to Slovakia
From February 5, two new Ukrzaliznytsia conventions for transportation to Slovakia will come into force.
The restrictions will apply to the transportation of iron ore concentrate, iron and sinter ore from Russia and Ukraine to Slovakia, to US Steel Kosice.
The conventions will remain in force “until they are cancelled”. Recall that at the end of January UZ limited the transportation of coal from the Russian Federation to Slovakia. As explained in the company, the restriction was initiated by the Slovak railway company.
